The Meron nature resort is the second highest in Israel (after Mt. Hermon), with the highest amount of yearly precipitation. These conditions have made its natural woods extremely dense and diverse.
From the summit of Mt. Meron one can enjoy some of the nicest views of the upper Galilee, the Golan heights and Lebanon.
