The tour starts from Yerucham, a small town in the middle of the Negev Desert, near the Chatira crater, our first destination.
After a few kilometers of a gentle uphill cycling, the majestic erosion crater suddenly appears. This gigantic crater was formed by water and wind along millions of years. After a breathtaking overview and a short breath-restoration break, we will roll down the winding road to the crater bed, here are some geological phenomena which are over 100 million years old. The road continues eastward, across the crater and out again, this time through Wadi Chatira, the only runoff of the crater. A few more kilometers uphill and we are already coming to the Chazera crater, a little smaller than his brother, but equally stunning, a perfect place for lunch.
Further east and again downd, this time along The Scorpions Ascent, to Wadi Zin and the Arava Valley, south of the Dead Sea.

It's possible to overnight in Moshav Idan.

The tour runs almost entirely on asphalt roads (with hardly no trafic) and mostly downhill, hence relatively easy.
