Walk up the Jerusalem Railway Park, along the route of the historical train from Jaffa to Jerusalem, this segment is no longer in use and have been turned into a beautiful promenade, connecting the modern Malcha train station with the historical station, built in 1892.
Continue east to the “Armon Ha-naziv” lookout, with one of the most beautiful views of the old city of Jerusalem and some of its major monumental buildings, located on the Hill of Evil Counsel, where the High Priest Caiphas and his colleagues decided to arrest Jesus.
Down to the Valley of Hinnom, known in the Old Testament as Gai Ben-Hinnom. And up to Mt. Zion, place of the Church of Saint Peter in Gallicantu, Davis’s tomb and the Dormition Abbey. Entering the old city, through the jewish quarter to the western wall. Further to the Via Dolorosa (fifth station) and along it up to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
